really good experience at the langham
excellent staff text service lovely treat
The staff were very good. valentina at check-in and valentina at the spa were particularly excellent. i also found the text service for room updates helpful. a lovely treat welcomed me to my room in celebration of my anniversary. It was a nice surprise.

the staff were very hospitable and friendly, especially valentina at the front desk. nassim and ian, the bellboys, were particularly cute. i appreciated the promptness and attention to detail from all employees. i found everyone approachable.

excellent location cute staff fresh milk restrictive rules hot drink carpeted area
The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was cute. There were glass bottles and fresh milk for the in-room coffee bar. Housekeeping made up for the slightly smaller room size.
I wanted to sit downstairs to read. I wanted to enjoy a hot drink and cake. I was told hotel rules do not allow food out of the restaurant. I was forced to leave the hotel.
