The staff were very good. valentina at check-in and valentina at the spa were particularly excellent. i also found the text service for room updates helpful. a lovely treat welcomed me to my room in celebration of my anniversary. It was a nice surprise.

The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was cute. There were glass bottles and fresh milk for the in-room coffee bar. Housekeeping made up for the slightly smaller room size.
I wanted to sit downstairs to read. I wanted to enjoy a hot drink and cake. I was told hotel rules do not allow food out of the restaurant. I was forced to leave the hotel.
